Welcome to the sale of my matching numbers Triumph Bonneville T140v Silver Jubilee.
The bike has undergone a full ground up restoration and comes with detailed restoration folder detailing parts and receipts.
The bike was rebuilt by a good friend of my’n who is a qualified mechanic and experienced classic vehicle restorer. The bike has been rebuilt sympathetically to my preffered look and with great attention to detail.
Original mudguards and tank are included in the sale.
The bike has covered around 600 miles since the restoration. The engine starts and runs beautifully as you would expect.
Engine stripped and rebuilt with new mains and big ends.
New piston rings.
New Wassell carbs
New oil filter conversion
New 8 plate clutch + basket
Powder coated frame.
New tank
New front and rear guards
New brake disks and pads front and rear.
New Devon stainless rims and spokes with new Avon road runner tyres.
Refurbished hubs with new bearings front and rear.
New discs and pads and rebuilt calipers front and rear.
New fork seals and bushes.
New master cylinder front and rear.
New wiring loom and battery.
New down pipes and silencers.
New seat and grab rail.
This is a reluctant sales as I’ve recently undergone surgery and need to take an extended period off work to recover and unfortunately my employer doesn’t pay sick pay.
