Suzuki GSXR 1000 K2 Track bike with 10000 miles on the clock.
I bought this off a chap in March and stripped it down, sprayed up some new fairings and sent it to my mechanic to prep ready for a track day in France. And it performed faultlessly! Out braking and cornering people on Ducatis and BMW’s! I was well impressed! Only thing was it was a tiny bit spluttery…

I bought this off a chap in March and stripped it down, sprayed up some new fairings and sent it to my mechanic to prep ready for a track day in France. And it performed faultlessly! Out braking and cornering people on Ducatis and BMW’s! I was well impressed! Only thing was it was a tiny bit spluttery as if running rich but my mechanic has told me that removing the kickstand causes this and it will be addressed before sale! Sprayed fairings myself, good enough job for track but please don’t expect a show bike! It’s a track slag and very fit for purpose!
It has upgraded 03-04 front forks, freshly powder coated orange wheels, professionally sprayed tank, new front break pads, new front brembo discs, new rear pads, new fuel filter and o ring, good reliable bike strong engine, quick shifter, power commander, spare wheels and wets, 2 sets of scrubs on bike and off, ohlins rear shock, paddock stands and tyre warmers! All that’s needed to do track days.
I have spent over £2000 on it, with paint work, , powder coating and that’s without my mechanics labour but it’s a great piece of kit and fully prepped ready to go!
