Chromed SwitchesStill has original engine which was given performance upgrade by
previous owner and has more power than your typical evo fatboy. Unfortunately I
do not have paperwork so, like I did, you have to judge yourself.
This bike is
obviously not 100% original, but the engine number is original numbers matching (see pictures) and it has been
tastefully improved. It is an excellent bike and is ready for whatever ride you
choose to do.
Odometer shows a
little over 5K miles. Previous owner said it was replaced at just under 10K,
giving the frame a total of 15K miles.
Fires right up, even
after sitting for weeks. If you have never owned an early EVO engine I will
give you a couple of tips on them if you would like.
Always stored inside,
covered and on a maintenance charger.
I have original seat
as well as original exhaust, turn signals and miscellaneous parts from other
Harleys through the years.
The only two minor
things I can think of are the speaker system is not hooked to the battery, but
the wiring is complete back to the battery area. You just need to decide if you
want it on all the time or on the switched circuit.
The front turn
signals are built into the mirrors which look really cool. However, you need to
keep the button pushed in for them to operate. I have never looked into this.
I have been a rider
for almost 60 years and have owned several Harleys. I am thinning the herd and
keeping the bike I do not mind riding daily and getting dirty.
I encourage in person
inspections, nothing to hide here.
Feel free to send me
your contact info if you would like to text or talk. I am open to discussion!
Thanks for looking,
have a great day!
