I also have a complete fairing set purchased 12 years ago out of the uk was planning on going a different route but never did. Personally I believe the new set is 100times better than the original. The stock exhaust system was taken off at 1,000km and replaced with a aftermarket option, the original exhaust system is included. As well as lots of spare parts that I can send more pictures of if you are interested. Put on less than 1000km in 12 years, had many great ideas but its time to move on, bike has always been stored in a garage. I would be open to discussing delivery to Seattle once sold. $1,000 deposit required within 24 hours of auction close. Bike must be paid in full/funds must clear before shipping will be arranged.
On Feb-21-24 at 17:53:07 PST, seller added the following information:I’ve had many questions so hopefully I can answer them. The top end of the motor was redone at 11,000kms by the previous owner, no paperwork provided but no reason not to believe him, he provided the used pistons. Spark plugs were replaced approximately 200kms ago but in reality was 5yrs ago. In the video it may appear that the bike is running a bit rich but that’s the first time it’s been started in a few years. There is no fuel in the bike, zero rust in the tank, it’s ready to be shipped. I noticed that one fuel bowl must be slightly stuck open as the drain hose from that carb was leaking. All fairing panels are original, I can provide pictures of individual panels front and back. Tires were about 5 yrs old when I bought it, they will need to be replaced. The exhaust is unique as you can hear in the video. One of the lowest KMs on an RZ that I’ve seen in a long time. No indication that this bike has ever been dropped.
